Questing gives you screen time back for real-world activity. You choose which apps to guard and how long you get; walking, working out and mindful minutes earn more. If something is not working, or you want something removed, this page is where to start.

bottom of the Me tab — it looks like RW-00000001 and lets us
find your account without asking for anything personal.

My apps are still locked after I earned minutes. Open Questing and pull down on the Home screen to refresh. Questing checks your activity when you open it rather than on a timer, which is why the balance can lag behind a walk you have just finished.
My step count is not moving. Questing reads steps from Apple Health and from Motion & Fitness. If both are declined it has no way to see a walk. Check Settings › Privacy & Security › Motion & Fitness and Settings › Health › Data Access & Devices › Questing.
Nothing is being locked at all. Questing needs Screen Time permission and at least one chosen app. Both live on the Me tab, under Guarded apps.
The balance always shows the same number. That usually means minutes are not being counted down — Screen Time is off, or no apps are chosen. Home shows a line under the ring saying which it is.
Questing Plus is an auto-renewable subscription billed by Apple. To cancel it, go to Settings › your Apple Account › Subscriptions — we cannot cancel or refund it for you, because we never take the payment. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
If you have subscribed before and Plus is not showing, use Restore purchases on the Me tab or on the subscription screen.
Open the app and go to Me › Delete account. It is directly under Sign out. Deleting removes your account and everything filed under it immediately, and it cannot be undone. You do not need to contact us, and we will not ask you to.
Deleting your account does not cancel a Questing Plus subscription — Apple bills that, and it is cancelled in the subscription settings linked above.
If you cannot open the app, email info@visioncgrp.com from the address on your Apple Account and we will delete it within 30 days.
What Questing stores is short, and what it never transmits is the point: your screen time, which apps you guard, and your health data are read on your device and stay there. The Privacy Policy lists everything the server holds, and the Terms of Use cover the rest.
